We build single-family villas of high profile, from raw land to turnkey delivery. Each project is followed directly by our technical management with a single client contact throughout the entire site.
Indicative range: €2,200-4,500/sqm including finishes. Variables: lot location, structural complexity, materials chosen, energy class target. Custom finishes can exceed €4,500/sqm.
Typically 14-18 months from contract signing for a standard turnkey villa, 18-22 months for prestige finishes, 22-30 months for bespoke sartorial work.
We handle both. We have in-house architectural design and structural engineering, or we work with the client's chosen designer integrating their vision.
