Our home base is Salsomaggiore Terme (Parma), and we operate primarily in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia and Piacenza. For larger projects we evaluate neighboring areas case by case.
We specialize in luxury villas, residential developments, civil and industrial buildings, and full renovations of existing structures · including rural buildings, Liberty residences, and historic palaces.

Contractual SAL milestones (Stati Avanzamento Lavori). You pay only for work effectively completed and tested at each milestone.
10-year structural postuma warranty (legally mandated) + 24 months of ordinary assistance on systems and finishes. Documented and contractual.
